I reserve the right to refuse any commission at any point, and may void/return any funds in accordance to the work completed;2. I reserve the right to use the resulting artwork in any and all promotional material or examples of past work;3. Simple backgrounds are included in price;4. All prices are CAD dollars;5. Payment is due after sketch phase is finalized and agreed upon by the client;6. Requesting the .psd/.clip file is extra charge;7. Requesting a commission to remain private is an extra charge;8.
